Difference between Object Oriented Programming and Procedural Oriented Programming. Or Difference between OOPs and POPs. OOPs : 1.OOP stands for Object-oriented programming. 2 . It deals with data. (it emphasis on data(objects) ). rather than procedures. 3 . larger programs are divided into small parts called objects. 4 . it provides features named encapsulation, abstraction,inheritance, polymorphism. 5. It follows bottom up approach. 6. It is more secure. 7. It needs more memory space. 8. It follows overloading. 9. OOPs has access specifier named public, private, protected. 10.
